Blueberry Green Smoothie

This cleansing smoothie is a great way to start your day with greens and fiber.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 3/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 apple, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 lemon or lime
  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
