Breakfast Pudding/Smoothie

This recipe is great for a change from your regular smoothie and easy on the digestive system.

I got this recipe from a video I watched with my favorite Nutritionist, David Wolfe, and just had to share it. Thank you David! Give it a try… no pressure.


  • ¼ cup coconut powder
  • ¼ chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp astralagus powder (great for the immune system)
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 8 oz coconut water
  • Top with goji berries


Blend in a nutrabullet or blender.
