This recipe is great for a change from your regular smoothie and easy on the digestive system.
I got this recipe from a video I watched with my favorite Nutritionist, David Wolfe, and just had to share it. Thank you David! Give it a try… no pressure.
- ¼ cup coconut powder
- ¼ chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp astralagus powder (great for the immune system)
- 1/8 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp honey
- 8 oz coconut water
- Top with goji berries
Blend in a nutrabullet or blender.
