Enjoy this dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons goat cheese feta, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill

Directions:

  1. To prevent sticking, lightly coat your pan with coconut oil.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.
  3. Cook three to four minutes then flip, cook another two minutes or until cooked through.
