- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons goat cheese feta, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- To prevent sticking, lightly coat your pan with coconut oil.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.
- Cook three to four minutes then flip, cook another two minutes or until cooked through.
