Carrot Ginger Soup

You will need a juicer and blender for this recipe.

This is fresh, raw and splendid. If you want to add some protein, sprinkle on some hemp seeds or add pumpkin or sunflower seeds, or be really adventurous and add a bit of all three.


  • Juice from 10 carrots and 1 green apple
  • 1 avocado
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice


  1. Put everything in a high speed blender and blend till thick and smooth.
  2. Serve slightly warm. To warm this soup, just put it in a pot on the stove top for a short time. Do not boil as this will essentially cook it and defeat the purpose of eating raw living food which is great for cleansing and improving mood.
