Chia Pudding

Enjoy as a guilt-free dessert or as a part of a healthy breakfast.


  • 2 tbs of chia seeds
  • 1 tbs of Raw Cocao
  • 1 tsp of sweetener of choice (honey, agave, yacon syrup, maple syrup)
  • ½ cup of water


  1. Blend the dry ingredients, then add the water and mix well.
  2. Leave in the fridge in a covered container for a least one hour. Then enjoy.


  • For a more liquid pudding add extra water.
  • You can substitute Stevia as your sweetener.
  • Add Gogi berries for texture.
