Ingredients:
- 2 tbs of chia seeds
- 1 tbs of Raw Cocao
- 1 tsp of sweetener of choice (honey, agave, yacon syrup, maple syrup)
- ½ cup of water
Directions:
- Blend the dry ingredients, then add the water and mix well.
- Leave in the fridge in a covered container for a least one hour. Then enjoy.
Options:
- For a more liquid pudding add extra water.
- You can substitute Stevia as your sweetener.
- Add Gogi berries for texture.
