One thing that comes with warmer weather is the desire for nice cool foods like ice cream. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the commercial unhealthy types and try making your own.
Ingredients:
- 1 14 oz can coconut milk
- ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp of raw cocoa powder
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Put in a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer until firm.
- Take the ice cream out of the freezer for about 15 minutes before serving to allow it to soften a bit.
