This is a very cleansing green tonic, which I am currently using for my cleanse. Give it a try for a few days or longer.
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 zucchini
- 1 cup of green beans
- Chop and steam the vegetables until just tender. You do not want to overcook them.
- Add them to a high speed blender along with the water from the pot. Blend until smooth.
- To make this interesting you can add some garlic, sea salt and pepper and make it into a soup.
- Drink or eat it warm.
- Top with fresh parsley for added flavor.
