Cleansing Green Tonic

This is a very cleansing green tonic, which I am currently using for my cleanse. Give it a try for a few days or longer.

Ingredients

  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup of green beans

Directions

  1. Chop and steam the vegetables until just tender. You do not want to overcook them.
  2. Add them to a high speed blender along with the water from the pot. Blend until smooth.
  3. To make this interesting you can add some garlic, sea salt and pepper and make it into a soup.
  4. Drink or eat it warm.
  5. Top with fresh parsley for added flavor.

Cleansing green vegetables

Note

You can substitute other green veggies such as broccoli for the beans. This makes a tasty creamy broccoli soup. This is a very cleansing soup, so enjoy its goodness.
