Energy Enhancing Foods

Healthy foods give you energy, unhealthy foods rob you of energy; basically when you put garbage in you get garbage out, it’s that simple.

This week your recipe is to include these energy enhancing foods whenever and however possible.

  • Organic Eggs
  • Kale – or any greens for that matter
  • Organic Kefir
  • Raw Organic almonds (great afternoon energy boost)
  • Wild Salmon
  • Avocados (my personal favorite)
  • Organic coconut oil (no stir fry should be without it)
  • Green vegetable juices
  • Spirulina (perfect for smoothies)
