Guacamole with Pizazz

This dip is great with Beanito Chips

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 Spanish onion, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • Cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:

  1. Remove flesh of avocado and add to a bowl. Mash coarsely with a fork.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. Garnish with cayenne and sea salt to taste.
