This dip is great with Beanito Chips
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 Spanish onion, finely diced
- 1/3 cup of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- Cayenne pepper (optional)
- Remove flesh of avocado and add to a bowl. Mash coarsely with a fork.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with cayenne and sea salt to taste.
