As much as we can learn, teach and grow on a spiritual and emotional level we can also do the same on a physical health level.
For those who know me well, know I love avocados and eat them quite regularly. Rather than judge me for my food choices how about learning what it is about them I like so much. To start how about the health benefits:
- contain many essential nutrients for good health such as fiber, Potassium (double that of a banana), Vitamin E, B-vitamins, and Folic acid
- beneficial fat

Show your family and friends just how good avocados can be by using them in salads.
Try new recipes using avocados as replacement for unhealthy fats. For example if you like tuna salad, try mixing it with a mashed up ripe avocado instead of mayo.
