Ingredients:
- 1 banana or 1 cup blueberries, or 1 cup strawberries
- 2 tbs hemp protein powder or protein powder of choice (follow directions for quantities)
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 tbs of ground flax or chia (or combination of the two)
- 1 tsp ashwaganda powder
- 1 tsp maca
- 1 tsp of honey or sweetener of choice (stay away from artificial sweeteners)
- 1 to 1 ½ cups of water or beverage of choice (coconut water, almond mild, hemp milk)
- ½ tbs of coconut oil (optional for added energy)
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.
