This recipe makes two sandwiches.
- 1 can water based tuna (On a health note, eat tuna sparingly.)
- 1 ripe Avocado
- Dash of lime or lemon juice
- Dash of sea salt to taste
- 2 slices of sprouted-grain bread (For those who are gluten free, use your favorite gluten-free bread.)
- Mash the tuna and avocado together, with lime or lemon juice and sea salt. (The avocado is your fat substitute for mayonnaise.)
- Spread on your bread and enjoy.
