Tuna Sandwich with a Twist

This recipe makes two sandwiches.


  • 1 can water based tuna (On a health note, eat tuna sparingly.)
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • Dash of lime or lemon juice
  • Dash of sea salt to taste
  • 2 slices of sprouted-grain bread (For those who are gluten free, use your favorite gluten-free bread.)


  1. Mash the tuna and avocado together, with lime or lemon juice and sea salt. (The avocado is your fat substitute for mayonnaise.)
  2. Spread on your bread and enjoy.
